House Rules
This is our family home with neighbors we like and want to respect. Therefore please:
-QUIET HOURS FROM 9 PM to be respectful to our neighbors (= No Parties!) $500 fee, immediate ejection, and a 1* review if our neighbors visit you or call us to say you're being too loud! Sorry, to be strict here but previous guests have upset neighbors to the point where our ability to host is in jeopardy. Want you to have fun, just need to be respectful of our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding.
-PLEASE KEEP ELEVATOR DOOR CLOSED. (really helps minimize noise)
-PLEASE NO HARD SOLED SHOES ON HARDWOOD IN EVENING (also big noise factor)
-NO SMOKING INSIDE (duh) - but feel free to use the balcony.
**PLEASE RETURN 1 SET OF KEYS TO LOCKBOX - so next guests can get in!**
